Refund policy

Finding a piece to love and treasure takes time, so we understand that things dont always work out immediately. We ask that you give yourself a few days to warm up to your garment and get to know yourself when wearing them before making any final decisions on the fate of the piece

Damages and issues

If there is damage to your garment, please email us immediately and we can discuss how to repair the piece/ arrange to fix the item

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom items are non returnable directly, because of the nature of the piece, but there are exceptions so please contact me irregardless
